Dear Aspiring PGDM Candidates,

I take great pleasure in inviting you to GIDC ROFEL Business School (GRBS). GRBS a Business School which understands that the complex and dynamic nature of business requires individuals who can develop and apply their professional and personal capabilities to lead and manage existing and future enterprises.

GRBS seeks to provide you with the knowledge, experience and skills to achieve such goals within a people-oriented learning environment. I believe that in doing so, GRBS can help you to truly enhance your potential and accelerate your career.

Here, we work assiduously to educate and train builders and leaders, not simply managers. Our innovative curricula delivers as you would expect, the essential knowledge of business functions - Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Operations, Business Law, etc., but in a unique way. The difference here is that we help to shape our students' capacity to think both functionally and systematically. That is, our graduates know how to deal well with the measurable at hand and also understand the effects of business decisions across the organization and the society at large.

GRBS offers China Study Tour for the PGDM students as a part of the curriculum to give them adequate exposure to global economy and international business. Study tour is also an extension of the MOU with the Hebei University of Economics and Business in China whereby students undergo a Certificate Course in Hebei University and will also have Industrial visits in Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou.

The B-School is located in Vapi which has many strategic advantages due to its proximity to industrial centers and Mumbai - the business capital of India. Vapi's strategic location has been a source of strength, on the Mumbai - Ahmedabad Highway, very close to the sea resorts of Daman and the hilly forest reserves of Silvassa. Thus, the GRBS PGDM programme is about the power of ideas to
enhance what you know, how you perform, and your ability to succeed now and in the future.
